Immediately tried to upsell me for $389. Then just used a shop vac in the vents for a couple minutes. Not as described, confused by all the positive reviews.

When I signed up for air duct cleaning, that's what I expected. What I got was 2 men with shop vacs that vacuumed my air vent covers. The back of my dryer was cleaned but not the hose leading to the outside. I expected to have the air vent covers taken off and the actual air ducts cleaned. I guess you have to use Coit to get the real "air duct cleaning." Also, the men had no badges to identify who they were associated with. Complete waste of money. I do that type of cleaning myself.
