This is an outstanding establishment. The brews are dynamite and the atmosphere is chill. The owner/brewer is always pleasant and we look forward to going back.

Easy place to find. Great value for the to go home package. Let me sample anything that was available on tap. I would recommend the blueberry pie. Was impressed with its flavors.

About Quantum Brewing
If a quantum physicist was making a beer, he or she would say that the more hops you add, the greater the probability of the beer having a hoppy flavor. But they still wouldn't know for sure how it would taste until it was ready. And that's part of the fun at Quantum Brewing. Brewmaster Martin Beaulieu loves to experiment with several different styles, ranging from the brewery's easy-drinking Chain Reaction Session IPA to the heady 8.4% Anti-Matter IPA.
Visitors can try these and more at the nanobrewery's tasting room, where beers are dispensed in tasting glasses, pints, and to-go growlers.
