What do you love most about your job?
There is a feeling of satisfaction in a job well done in the efficient repair of an item others shy away from. Solving problems for people in need is a very rewarding part of my work. My hope is to be able to serve the community in this capacity for many years to come.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Many of my customers are extremely grateful when I repair something that no one else will touch. Or when I am able to complete the job for a much more reasonable price because I am able to accurately diagnose a problem and not just replace parts.
