About RCF Studio

The mission of RCF Studio is to make a positive difference in the lives of people seeking to experience the practice of yoga and to provide a community space that welcomes all. Whether you are just beginning or an experienced practitioner, we welcome anyone who is ready to relax, work hard, laugh or let go. We believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age, race, or body type. Whether you can touch your toes or not, RCF Studio opens our doors and our hearts to helping you challenge your body physically, mentally, and spiritually. 

Our vision has always been to make RCF Studio an important, valued part of the Renton community, to show how important and valuable that community is to us. We strive to offer an inclusive schedule to be able to serve a diverse population so that everyone in our community has access to the benefits of a yoga practice. Our instructors are passionate about teaching and are always willing to take that extra step to ensure that no student feels left behind.

RCF is a place where people come together and support one another in their goals toward a healthier lifestyle. We strongly believe it takes a village to nourish and grow but that begins with the individual. Yoga is an extremely personal practice but we encourage our students to let go of judgement and competition so that they can focus on their own transformation. RCF is a place where you can find peace to heal on your mat but at the same time receive support, encouragement, and motivation from our awesome community!
