  • Online Reservation: Required through Red Giant's website. Not valid for specialty bookings. Cannot combine voucher offers on a single escape. Voucher cannot be split or partially refunded. Not valid toward sales tax or booking fees.
  • Minimum Attendance: A minimum of 4 attendees is required for any escape.
  • Holiday Exclusions: Vouchers are not valid on major holidays, their observed days, and associated holiday weekends, including Valentines Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Unlimited free rescheduling is available but must be done before the day of the booked escape. Otherwise, a $50 fee will apply for same day rescheduling with a $100 fee when rescheduling within 1 hour of your start time. Rescheduling is not possible, even with a fee, at your start time.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled escape start time with your entire party, or time may be deducted from your escape.
