I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes earlier then my scheduled time and they did not call me into the room until 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The sheets where my face laid had holes and appeared to be dirty. My massage therapist Walter was okay. He focused too much one area (my upper back and neck) that it caused me to be sore the next day. He did not address all parts of my body.

My masseuse was great! She was a bit aggressive but as a man I appreciated it. The receptionist was very pleasant. Oh and it has a different smell I’m undecided if I liked it though
