Amethyst Membership: 4 months of unlimited discounts plus 1 add on. Sapphire Membership: 8 months of unlimited discounts plus 3 add ons. Diamond Membership: 12 months of unlimited discounts plus 4 add ons. Must sign waiver. Appointment required; all Groupon clients must call or book in advance, as walk-ins are not guaranteed.
