About Riverfront Pizza & Sports Bar

It has been more than 30 years since Randy Gearding opened up shop along the Ohio River in Covington. In that time, Riverfront Pizza & Sports Bar has earned a well-deserved reputation for gourmet pizzas and hoagies. Think barbecue chicken pizza, taco pizza, and other pies loaded with traditional toppings ranging from pepperoni to jalapenos. As for the hoagies, chefs make them in a dozen different varieties, including meatball, chicken salad, and fish. Draft beer and funnel sticks coated in powdered sugar regularly accompany these meals—as do lively jukebox songs and sports broadcasts on the bar's HDTVs.
