Medium to firm pressure is applied for soft tissue manipulation to release tension, while stretches are incorporated to help with range of motion, if needed. If choosing aromatherapy, it is incorporated with essential oils specific to the client’s preferences and concerns. While client comfort is my main priority, please bare in mind that my treatments are intended for relief of pain and discomfort. If relaxation is your only goal, my treatments may not be a fit.
