About Rooted Heart Yoga and Wellness
Denver Sound Bath Collective is a community-centered sound healing practice founded and facilitated by IzaBelle Sweet, dedicated to making the restorative power of sound accessible to everyone in the Denver metro area. What began as a passion for holistic wellness and human connection has grown into a vibrant collective offering weekly sound baths, women's circles, and special seasonal events across multiple venues throughout Denver and the surrounding communities.
The Collective's home base is Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness, a welcoming studio nestled in the heart of Capitol Hill at 1409 North Ogden Street. The sessions take place in the Mandala Room, an intimate, thoughtfully designed space that creates the ideal environment for deep relaxation and inner exploration. The room's warm, grounding energy complements the sound bath experience beautifully, making it a sanctuary from the pace of everyday life. Sessions at Rooted Heart are intentionally kept small — limited to just seven to eight participants — ensuring that every guest receives a deeply personal, immersive experience rather than getting lost in a large group setting. This intimate format allows the vibrations to resonate more fully throughout the space and gives each attendee the room to settle in comfortably and let go completely.
One of the things that sets Denver Sound Bath Collective apart is its unwavering commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. Whether you are a seasoned meditation practitioner, someone exploring alternative wellness for the first time, or simply looking for a way to decompress and recharge, you are welcome here. Sound baths require no prior experience, no special skills, and no flexibility — all you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sound to guide you. Sessions are beginner friendly and elder friendly, welcoming participants of all ages and physical abilities.
Beyond the weekly Grounding Thursdays series at Rooted Heart Yoga, Denver Sound Bath Collective also hosts community sound baths at Denver Public Library branches and special monthly Women's Circle and Sound Bath gatherings at Isis Books and Gifts in Englewood. The women's circles combine guided sharing and connection with a full sound bath experience, creating a supportive space for reflection, community, and restoration.
Guests should plan to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Arriving a few minutes early is encouraged so you can settle into your space before the session begins. Please silence your phone upon arrival to help maintain the peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
