About This Deal
Experienced personal trainer leads individual or duo sessions that help customes achieve their fitness goals.
The first session will be spent getting a baseline of where the individual’s fitness level is at. Your trainer will spend time learning about your exercise history, talking about your fitness goals, and then taking you through a fitness assessment to see how you move. For the remainder of sessions, the trainer will take the individual through a personalized full workout catering to what was talked about during the first session.
