Very easy to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment. I trust the actual service call will be as smooth and efficient as the last time I used Sal’s.

initial call on Saturday. was informed the GROUPON was only valid during "normal business hours" (Mon-Fri). Called first thing Monday morning and was told we would be contacted. 3:30 received call we were second in line, Tech showed at 5:25 PM.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. It felt that they went the extra mile to try and solve the problem. They also gave me great advice on how to proceed with fixing the issue.

Salt's heating and plumbing is awesome! Had my main drain cleaned out, they called ahead to let me know when the technician was on his way, including a picture of what he looked like. He wore a mask and shoe covers and was a very nice young man. He used his time efficiently and was done in under 1/2 hour. If I could give more ⭐⭐⭐'s I would. Thanks Sal!!!
