Samuel practices an interdisciplinary approach to massage therapy and bodywork. His goal is to tailor fit each session to your unique needs and goals. He enjoys working with those who experience chronic pain and those with subacute injuries that are impacting their quality of life.

A 75-minute session allows for enough time for a full body massage and specific focus in areas causing pain, limited range of motion, etc.

Samuel begins each session with an exploratory pressure and then works up to therapeutic pressure in areas of need. Use of hot towels, aromatherapy, and hot stones are included in each session based on client need and preference.

I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2011 and have been practicing an interdisciplinary approach to massage therapy and bodywork ever since.

I believe that bodywork is an integral part of life and community and I feel a great sense of gratitude to my teachers, guides, and peers who have helped me cultivate my practice throughout the last 12 years. I look forward to working with those who experience chronic pain, depression, and anxiety.

In addition to seeing me at the office, you may also find me walking my dog Gryffin around the Rochester area, working with community organizations as an LGBTQ health advocate, or tucked away reading a fantasy novel in a local coffee shop!
