About Schwerin Automotive
The mechanics at Schwerin Brake and Automotive have kept engines running smoothly from the days of the Model T. In 1926, William J. Schwerin opened the shop, soon passing the reins to his son, Wilfred, in 1956, and grandson, Bob, 20 years later. Though the shop left the Schwerin family’s care in 2011, the tradition of honest, dependable auto care remains under owners Oscar Valencia and Thom Moulton. Together, the duo carries out scheduled maintenances, such as oil changes and tire rotations, as well as quality repairs and any other automotive services, always taking care to inform customers of their vehicles’ needs and help break the news gently to overly sensitive cars.
