Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
No-call/no-show appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged automatically to the card on file.
By booking an appointment, clients authorize SculptorRx to charge this fee in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
