NIce people. But, when I took my phone in for a rear glass replacement, I knew it would take 3-4 hours because the glue on the rear glass takes extra time to cure. That is why I brought the phone in at 1100 am on a Thursday. Around 4 pm I called to see if it was ready, and they told me that the replacement black glass was not in stock, would I like the red instead. If so they could have ready the next day. They had my phone for 5 hours. They could have told me the black glass was out of stock. It took them 5 hours to let me know that detail. That should have been done when I dropped it off. It was not. When I went to pick it up at 1000 am Friday, the next day, the technician saw a crack in the glass around the camera lens. He stated they would replace it, but would have to keep it overnight for curing. I appreciate him catching it. I would not have noticed, because it was the back glass, which you never see, especially with a case on it. So a fairly easy replacement took way too much time. Instead I had to go without my phone from 1100 am on Thursday, until 4 pm on Friday. Good, but Not great service.

The staff are super professional, helpful, and courteous. The old phone I brought in an old iPhone with a shattered screen and very loose button to have fixed for kid to play with. The tech said the button may not work again due to screen attached to its wires and cost $30 to replace and fix additionally. I okayed and they came back said it wasnt necessary that the button worked fine...Honest!
