About Sevier Pain Relief LLC

Sevier Pain Relief is conveniently located within The Workshops in Glendale, Colorado. Upon arrival park in the parking lot (free) attached to The Workshops and walk to the inner open air atrium to the elevator. Follow the instructions on the pad and you will be buzzed in. Head to the 3rd floor and just around the corner from the elevator is the waiting room. Please have a seat and I’ll be with you momentarily. My suite number is #357 but please do not come directly to the room as I will still likely be in service. I’ll meet you in the waiting room.

To book your appointment simply go to SPRLMT.com and schedule your 60 minute appointment plus your choice of 3 add-ons. Be sure to bring your Groupon with you to redeem at the time of service.

It is important that if you need to reschedule you do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment time, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the full price of the service. No show / no call will result in the 100% charge of the full price of the service. Your voucher will still retain its value and can be redeemed at the business for its value towards a 60 or 90 minute table massage.
