About Shakedown Fitness

Shakedown Fitness provides 3 different classes (with more coming as attendance increases, Groupon customers will receive exclusive access to newer classes as they come such as floorwork, lapdance, heels, etc…) Classes currently available are Intro to Twerk, Twerk 1.0 and flexibility/mobility. My intention as your instructor is to walk beside you in feeling confident, powerful and sexy! I will challenge you and assist you in finding new movement in your body, and getting out of your head to make it happen. In my classes, we look silly at times, we have fun, and most importantly we leave feeling more confident and beautiful. Come learn how to twerk, and create fluid movement, and also build some flexibility and mobility.
