About Sharon Hockenbury
For over 30 years, Sharon has been an advocate for maintaining well-being through appropriate lifestyle choices and fitness. She wholeheartedly believes that physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing should not be a luxury, but a necessity in daily life. Consequently, she has developed a coaching program The Serenity Now System to help women overcome chronic anxiety and panic attacks. Currently being in her 60s, she still teaches invigorating and fun-filled fitness workouts and Zumba classes.
