The person who paid for the booking must be present at the time of flight with ID and credit card (photos or copies not accepted). Maximum weight per passenger: 250 lbs. Total group weight limit: 480 lbs. Flights will be canceled without a refund if weight restrictions are exceeded. If you need to cancel or reschedule, You must let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid a rescheduling fee. No refunds for "No-Show" (If you miss your flight, you will be considered No-Show, and no refund will be given). Missed flights can be reschedule for another date/time . Rescheduling fees apply. Full refunds will apply for flight cancellations made by Sky Tours Miami due to technical issues or any other unforeseen circumstances that could affect your flight. Flight route might change unannounced due to Air Traffic reasons. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. Passengers who fail to check in at least 20 minutes before departure may have their tour shortened or be considered a ‘no show’ with no refund. Not valid with other offers or promotions.
