One Month of Unlimited Personal Yoga Classes
Yin Yoga is a very slow-paced class, and we stay in each pose from 2-5min. This type of yoga is designed to help stretch the connective tissue. Also the health and flexibility of the joints improve over time. In those poses we release stress, anxiety, and worry.
Flow Yoga -In this class we will focus on the breath and move slow through the poses to connect body and mind.

My name is Erika and I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over a decade: Vinyasa, Bikram, Hatha, Power Yoga, Yin (restorative) 200HR Certification. I will be working on my 300HR training 2022. My practice is what has gotten me through disappointment and heartache. The mat is where I am able to find compassion for myself to take the next step in my journey. I find comfort and resilience through Yin (restorative) practice. I find joy and peace through meditation. It allows my mind and heart to sync in. My goal is to support the community through challenges and help us grow.
