- ⛔️ Restrictions: Not valid for Deep Tissue, Ultimate Deep Tissue, or Shankara Ayurvedic Muscle Release Massages. Not valid on Federal Holidays, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day. Afternoon availability may be limited after 1 p.m. during peak season; subject to availability.
- Valid for 2 people on one visit only. Entire voucher must be used in one visit. Vouchers cannot be substituted for other services. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
- Minimum age of 16 required for spa services. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of the same gender during the service.
- All spa services are subject to a 22% service charge and applicable sales tax; additional gratuity is neither required nor expected.
- We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes prior to your appointment. Please check in at the Spa Front Desk on the 4th floor.
- Guests driving electric vehicles who plan to use valet parking must bring their key fob; mobile phone access to the vehicle is not permitted.
- Luggage storage is available for an additional fee of $10 for up to two bags, payable directly to the merchant upon arrival.
