Fees & Upgrades
A service charge of 20% based on the original value will be added to your pre-discounted bill. Deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone upgrades are available upon request for a $24 upgrade fee. Pregnant guests must upgrade to a prenatal massage ($24), must be in their second trimester, and must have doctor's approval.

Spa & Pool Access
Access to spa amenities and the hotel pool is available until 4:30 PM and is strictly for guests who purchase a Groupon (non-purchasing guests are not allowed on the property). Locker rooms are only available during services.

Credit card required at time of appointment; in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show, the customer's credit card provided during booking will be charged 50% of the original cost of treatment. In the event a credit card is declined, the purchaser understands that vouchers will be redeemed and no longer usable. No refunds due to inclement or undesirable weather.
