    Medical Eligibility Requirements (CPOM Compliance)

    • This medical spa operates in compliance with California’s Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) doctrine and Medical Board regulations.
    • All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval by a licensed medical provider.
    • Services will only be performed if deemed medically appropriate and safe by the supervising licensed provider.
    • Certain medical conditions, medications, skin types, pregnancy status, or other health factors may make a client ineligible for treatment or require modification/postponement of services.
    • If the licensed medical provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, the service cannot be performed.

    Required Medical Clearance and Assessment

    • A mandatory medical clearance and health assessment must be completed prior to treatment.
    • The medical evaluation is conducted by a licensed medical professional in accordance with CPOM regulations.
    • A $50 medical clearance fee applies. This fee is required for the medical evaluation and is separate from the Groupon voucher.
    • Clients who decline the required medical assessment will not be eligible to receive treatment.
    • Treatment cannot proceed without medical authorization from the licensed provider.
