I got the 90-minute couples massage - had no trouble at all with making an appointment and they send you a text message with the information which was helpful. On the day of, we found street parking pretty easily on Bronson (it was a weekday before 5pm). It’s a small lobby but nicely furnished. The receptionist was friendly and had us fill out cards asking for your information and how much pressure you’d like, if you’d want them to walk on you or stretch you, area of focus, any injuries or recent surgeries, etc. I chose my upper back and shoulders for the massage therapist to focus on and he definitely did. I’ve been to places where the massage therapist talks to you directly and asks you about your preferences - that didn’t happen here unfortunately. The massage rooms and tables seemed quite clean and it smelled nice. It’s a little tight though and they have you hang your clothes and things on hooks, no lockers or cabinets. FYI, you keep your panty bottoms on during the massage. The hot stone portion was fast but I don’t typically get hot stone massages. Overall, it was a good massage and I would recommend it if you’re going for your first or second massage to get a baseline. If you’re looking for an amazing massage at a large spa, you might have to spend the money and go to a fancy place. There are two reasons I gave 4 stars: 1. You don’t get a choice if you get a man or woman massage therapist. 2. My massage therapist seemed to be chewing gum during the first half of the session and it kind of took me out of it. My bf said his massage therapist had a callus on her hand and it was a little surprising at first.

We bought a couples 90 min deep tissue massage & asked them to focus on our neck & back with firm pressure. The massage was below average, felt very lazy w/ soft- medium pressure & their hands were like sandpaper which gave us some scrapes. My husband said yes to them stepping on him which he said didn’t feel like much and was half the massage. Head massage tangled my hair & gave me a headache.

Amazing service! When I revisit LA we will have to come back.
