Choose a House Cleaning package that can include floor, bathroom, and kitchen cleaning, vacuuming different areas within the house, and dusting of surfaces.
Service Area: Valid only within 20 miles of Dundalk, Maryland 21222. ($35 Fuel Charge outside of the 20-mile radius, up to 40-miles) Please call about your service area.
Deep Cleaning Exclusions & Service Limitations:
Deep Cleaning does not include move-in or move-out cleanings, wall washing, laundry services, carpet cleaning, or stain removal. Blinds will be wiped; however, we cannot guarantee removal of heavy buildup, stains, or discoloration.
Inside cabinets, drawers, ovens, and refrigerators can be cleaned only if they are empty. We do not remove, organize, or replace items.
Garages are not included in deep cleaning services.
We do not handle hoarding situations, biohazards, pest infestations, or excessive buildup requiring specialized remediation within this voucher.
Heavy lifting or moving of furniture/appliances is not included. We clean around items and may lightly shift them when safe to do so.
We do not provide mold remediation, surface-level mildew may be treated, but deeper issues require a specialist.
Interior windows are cleaned when safely accessible. Exterior window cleaning is not included.
Cleaning is limited to areas safely reachable with a standard 2-step ladder. High or hard-to-reach areas beyond this are not included.
Trash removal/hauling is not included unless booked as an additional service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, or improperly installed items.
Access to water and electricity must be available at the time of service.
