I just went to my first class and I was surprised at this facility and staff. I had a very warm welcome and there was nothing intimidating about this gym. I was welcomed by the trainers and the other participants. The workout is based on your fitness level and the trainers are very supportive. I left wiped out and hooked!

About Sparta Fitness and Martial Arts
Sparta Fitness and Martial Arts' recipe for fitness includes equal parts intense cardio and forceful lifting. The results-minded instructors shout this recipe at students during strength and conditioning classes that feature a workout of the day and CrossFight classes that combine martial arts, self-defense, and survival skills. Though the high-intensity workouts were designed to train military personnel and police, they can be customized to the individual fitness level of men and women alike. The ever-shifting exercise regime incorporates an array of conventional and creative workout tools, including free weights, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump boxes, and oversized tires from Paul Bunyan's childhood swing.
