About Spin 360 - Weight Loss Center
As a fitness instructor and nutritionist, Tina Marie Schneider had almost every kind of client. She helped rehabilitate people at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, she developed regimens to give celebrities flat tummies or muscular shoulders at Paramount Studios, and she coached professional athletes in their kitchens as the nutritionist for the LA Galaxy. The one type of client she didn't see enough of, though, was regular men and women. So, she and her husband, Tim, opened Spin 360 - Weight Loss Center in 1998 to provide a private, supportive place for average Janes and Joes to work out and diet.
Tina's fitness regimens focus largely upon the intense cardio exercise to be found atop her dozens of Spinner bikes, though she also maintains a strength training room for private workouts. She combines this program with her nutritional coaching, teaching people how to eat an ideal protein diet to support high levels of physical activity while encouraging the body to shed pounds. She points out that the most important aspect of dieting is not the initial weight loss, but learning how to maintain results at the end of the diet by eating right and running alongside the car instead of driving.
