Splendida Salon & Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you, as the client, arrive late to your appointment, we will still provide the scheduled service; however, it will be adjusted to fit the remaining time allotted for that particular service. If you are using a voucher or gift certificate (GC) and do not comply with the cancellation policy, the voucher will be redeemed for its full amount. Please note that vouchers are automatically redeemed 15 hours before your scheduled appointment.
