How It Works – Online
Redeem your voucher online and create stunning custom cards in just a few easy steps.
- Visit staples.com/cards.
- Select your card type:
- Same-Day Cards – standard paper & envelopes, pickup in-store.
- Delivery Cards – premium paper & printed envelopes, ships in 5–7 days.
- Customize, review your proof, and click Continue.
- Choose store pickup or enter delivery address.
- Click Add to Cart and apply your voucher under Coupon Code.
- Finish with Secure Checkout.
Tip: Order by 12 pm for same-day pickup. Express service may carry a small fee.

Prefer hands-on help? Bring your voucher to a Staples store and create your cards right at the kiosk.
- Visit a Staples location and talk to an associate.
- At the kiosk, pick a template or upload your own design.
- Select:
- Same-Day – basic 14 pt paper & plain envelopes.
- Delivery – premium matte paper & plain or printed envelopes.
- Confirm pickup or shipping method.
- Click Add to Cart at the kiosk.
- Before paying, give your voucher to the associate to apply and finalize checkout.
Note: Same-day orders placed by 12pm will be available for pickup 30 minutes before store closing. Premium, foil, or express upgrades may cost extra.

Yes! You can upload your own design in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, or use free Staples templates to create your invitation or announcement.
What quantities can I order?
You can conveniently choose 25, 50, 100, or 200 cards, depending on your event or mailing needs.
Do my cards come with envelopes?
Yes, blank envelopes are included with all Staples Same-Day Card and Invitation orders.
Does Staples charge for shipping?
In-store pickup is free. Standard shipping fees apply only to delivered products, and additional fees may apply for Express pickup.
