Due to tight hallways, stairs, ramps, and uneven floors, the attraction is not accessible for wheelchairs. Guests on crutches may be able to make it through, and a security guard may be available to assist if needed
What is the group size and wait time?
The walkthrough takes 30-45 minutes. Wait times vary, with lines usually shorter at opening and on weekdays. Groups are typically sent through in sections of 2 to 8 people
Are there any age or health restrictions?
Children 8 and younger are not allowed, and those 12 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women are strongly recommended not to attend
Is it okay to wear a costume?
Guests are welcome to wear costumes, but masks and any props or items carried in hand are not permitted inside the attraction
How scary is it, and will the actors touch guests?
The haunt is comparable to a PG-13 horror movie with graphic and intense scenes. This is a no-contact haunted house, and cast members will not touch guests
