Guests should wear layers—warm-up in athletic gear, with shorts and a tank top for when ready to pole dance. Please leave shoes and heels at home, and remove rings as they scratch the poles

This is a 4-week progressive course, also known as the "Baddie in Training" program, where participants build foundational pole skills week by week with the same empowering group of classmates, mastering spins, grips, and transitions
