Susy was excellent. We discussed what I was thinking and how it would come across - how it would work (or not) with my skin tone and ultimately what would look best and make me feel best. Susy was friendly- knowledgeable and professional. I LOVE LOVE My hair and color!!!! I will most definitely be seeing Susy from now on. When styling she explained what I can do to build volume at home!! A+

Susy was very, very nice and sweet. She seemed excited for what I wanted to do with my hair and I was thrilled. I was getting full highlights and purple toner. I think maybe I should have made an earlier appointment because I did feel like it was rushed and a couple of days later I noticed part of my hair was not bleached enough and did not take the toner at all. My appointment was at 6 and Susy closes at 8 and maybe 2 hours is just not enough for full highlights.

Susy did a great job. We had a conversation about what my goals were and the best way to achieve them. I love my new look, and will be back!
