One 75-Minute Signature Customized Facial & Reflexology Treatment
Signature Facial & Reflexology: It includes a customized Facial Treatment and a Reflexology Treatment. A deep cleanse, exfoliation, hot towels, steam, calming massage, and anti-oxidant serums and masks are chosen for your skin's needs. In addition, a healing touch will be applied to the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet.
One 60-Minute Reflexology Treatment
Healing for your soles and soul. Before your treatment begins, I will press your hands and feet with hot, moist towels treated with essential oils. I use natural oils, a firm thumb walking technique combined with Japanese foot massage strokes. Relaxing music and candlelight are included. Most of my clients fall asleep, and snoring and dreaming are common. Sensitivity may produce only temporary discomfort. We conclude the treatment with deep breathing. It is a deeply relaxing and healing treatment. I suggest drinking extra fluids and resting for the remainder of your day.
