Each of the three tanning emporiums is equipped with high-speed UV-tanning equipment that releases a reduced amount of UVB rays to lessen the risk of burning and produce a golden color similar to an organic egg yolk coated in gold leaf. Customers can achieve visibly gilded results in far less time than with traditional sunbathing, and the salon's collection of beds also contains specialized facial bronzers and cooling systems to maintain comfortable conditions. Five days a week, Tan on the Boulevard also has airbrush-tanning specialists on call to coat skin in tailored sprays of sunless solutions that highlight clients’ favorite characteristics and leave no visible streaks.
