They did a great job! Communication was good. At my request, he took his time to make sure he extracted most of the water. Carpets looked great!

they are cheaper than all the competitors. I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning technician who was extremely prompt in responding to any inquiries I had prior to the cleaning and very punctual to the scheduled appointment, the technician was very friendly and professional, service was SUPERB! I am moving out of my apartment complex and was getting a post move out steam cleaning done, and after using this service the carpet looks the same as when I first moved in, would HIGHLY recommend and will be using them again personally for future steam cleaning needs, keep up the good work!
