Apex Auto Repair is not responsible for any mechanical failures that occur during dyno testing. This includes (but is not limited to) failures caused by:

• Pre-existing mechanical issues or wear and tear
• Incorrect or substandard assembly of components
• Inadequate or unsafe engine calibration (tuning/maps)

All vehicles must be in good working condition and securely prepared for testing. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is ready for dyno use.
