That can be done through email at Hello@barebardenver.com, a phone call to 720.639.9179, or voicemail after hours. Listen we know life happens and sometimes emergencies may arise, and we can be flexible. We greatly appreciate your understanding as it is very hard to fill Last Minute Cancelations (LMC) and No Shows (NS). Therefore, we will charge 100 percent of the service fee for LMC/NS of services. If it happens excessively, we will no longer allow future appointments to be booked. If you have missed more than half of your appointment time, we will not be able to perform the service correctly and you will be charged 100% of your service fee.
