A strict 5-minute grace period applies to most appointments. Customers must be ready to receive the service within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Customers are advised to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and unforeseen delays. Squeeze-in appointments, late reschedules, and early bird/after-hours appointments are not eligible for a grace period and require customers to arrive on time or early. Appointments may be rescheduled online or by contacting The Beauti Company Esthetics and Spa directly. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time. If the preferred appointment date is fully booked, customers may request to be added to the waitlist. Waitlisted customers may be offered an appointment if a cancellation becomes available. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service value. A $10 late or rescheduling fee may apply if an exception is granted. Early bird and after-hours appointments incur a $15 fee, squeeze-in appointments incur a $20 fee, and appointments scheduled on Sundays are subject to a $25 fee. Opening Hours: Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–6:00 pm; Friday 6:00 am–8:00 pm; Saturday–Sunday 6:00 am–10:00 pm. Not valid with other offers or promotions. May be repurchased every 30 days.
