About The Bodies Work

I was involved in a serious work accident in 2016 that left me wondering if I would ever regain full strength and movement of my limbs. Since this experience, I have undergone six different surgeries to regain full use and movement of both arms. Through the recovery process, I found a love and passion for understanding the human body and how it heals. I began to study how and why we function the way that we do. I became a personal trainer and worked with clients on building strength and understanding their body's movement. The next step in my career was massage school through the National Holistic Institute. I worked with policemen and firefighters to help their bodies find balance in such an extreme career. Now I am in a 5 year osteopathic program. With every day that passes, I dive into new layers of my own body's story and I will keep discovering every day that I can.
