- Dailey Basics is a 60-minute class that is ideal for students who are new to TDM. It provides individuals with time to learn the name and basic alignment principles for each exercise.
- Dailey Barre is a 60-minute course for all levels of students. Movement is layered on after form and alignment are honed.
- Dailey Express is a 45 minute class that is designed to improve workout techniques.
- Dailey Interval is a 45-minute session that combines periods of high- and low-intensity movement for optimal cardiovascular results.
- Dailey Fusion is a 60 minute, fast-paced class that fuses the alignment-focused elements of barre with the intensity of interval to give a full-body strength training and stretching experience with intermittent blasts of cardio.
