Air Duct Cleaning: Our professional technicians will thoroughly remove dirt, debris, and dust from your air ducts, helping you breathe cleaner air.
Why Clean Your Air Ducts? Over time, dust, pollen, pet dander, and other particles accumulate in your heating and cooling system, which can compromise your home’s air quality. Regular air duct cleaning can remove these contaminants, creating a healthier environment for you and your family.
Our Cleaning Method: We use a powerful truck-mounted unit with negative pressure, combined with brushes and air whips, to ensure a deep and effective clean.
Service Area: Valid within 40 miles of zip code 80602. An additional $45 fee applies for locations outside this radius.
Service Restrictions:
Homes without basements, crawl space systems, attic systems, and utility closet systems will be charged $20 per Supply Vent and $25-$35 per Return Vent. If main ducts are inaccessible, the voucher price will be applied toward the total cost. Not applicable to 2nd-story condominiums, apartments, or mobile homes. For safety, we do not service homes with asbestos. A 24-hour cancellation notice required, or fee may apply.
Additional Charges:
Extra fees apply for homes with more Supply Vents, Return Vents, or Main Ducts than included. All additional services are optional. Clients who opt for a partial cleaning will be subject to a trip fee.
