About The George Ranch
The George Ranch is an major part of Texas history and has been here since 1824 we are currently celebrating our 200th anniversary. The Ranch offers 500 acres of Texas history with living examples of life throughout the two centuries we have been here in Fort Bend County. Guests can expect to experience an interpretive experience in each of our historic homes by interpreters in period dress to make the experience more alive and realistic. A visit to our blacksmith shop to see how life was for those that chose this profession or watch the cowboys rope and wrangle here on the ranch. Certainly a great day for the family and friends!
