The Growler Guys has solved a simple problem: how to drink a rotating selection of craft beer without logging too many hours at the local bar. At its filling stations, customers can choose from as many as 48 on-tap brews, filling 32- or 64-ounce growlers with their preferred suds. Digital menus above the taps refresh with real-time updates and also post the ABV and IBU of each featured beer.
Unlike a really long swirly straw, the oxygen-free, foam-free line system keeps pours as pure as possible, and guests can even purchase an additional CO2 dispenser that keeps half-empty growlers fully fizzed. Customers don't always have to run right home with their brews, though, as various locations serve food and host events with local brewers.
