What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the only studio in the Richmond area offering HOT Yoga and HOT Barre classes! Our studio is impeccably clean and you won't find any carpet here. We are also the only hot studio heated with far infrared heaters (which have amazing benefits for the body).
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have the absolute best and most engaging Yoga and Barre instructors in town! Couple that with an amzing soundtrack and you are going to have a blast! Our focus is not on the perfect physical pose, but on finding the beauty in every moment.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To bring an exceptional HOT Yoga and Barre experience to as many people as possible. At The Hot Yoga Barre we are passionate about what we do and we are excited to be able to offer a community and space for people to come together and practice what they love.
What do you love most about your job?
Absolutely everything! It is such a blessing to be able to meet and connect with so many wonderful people who come to the studio each day. I'm pursuing my passion and living with joy each moment!
