Owners and staff are really sweet (all puns intended). Ordering process is clear, you need 24hours to process either Groupon offer. Website is easy to use. It was good to speak with the owner to find out that they also do weddings, etc. We tried too late in April to order a lamb cake but are looking forward to placing an order well in advance to get one this year. We will shortly be special ordering a Boston Cream Pie Birthday Cake. We are going to order 2 weeks in advance in case they get too busy. Best of all, the products are delicious!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. On several visits there were problems between the bakery and Groupon, but the staff always found a way to recover and resolve. And, of course, the kupkakes are delicious!
