7 days a week, David leads a full schedule of classes for all age groups and skill levels. Classes are offered à la carte and in packs of ten, while memberships grant budding bruisers unlimited access to classes as well as the gym's facilities, which features an ample supply of punching bags and a motivational chorus of kettle bells swinging and punches landing on the punching bags.
