About The Presidential Culinary Museum
Step into the Presidential Culinary Museum at the Inn of the Patriots, and you're stepping into history. Assembled from the private and public collections of Martin CJ Mongiello, a former White House chef, the museum shines a light on the dining traditions of presidents dating back to James Madison as well as the staff members who made it all happen. Guided tours explore Revolution-era artifacts, First Ladies' favorite recipes, and food items that take their name from Presidential sources, including the Baby Ruth candy bar. Chef Mongiello also hosts cooking classes so that visitors can start preparing their children for White House dining before they've even been elected.
