Booking & Policies

Before your appointment: Advance reservations are recommended and subject to availability. All appointments must be secured with a hotel room number or credit card. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, settle in, and begin your relaxation. A 24-hour notice is required for single service cancellations, and 48 hours for multiple treatments; cancellations outside this window or no-shows will incur a 100% charge. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the scheduled service and will be charged the full treatment fee. Spa services are available to guests 18 years and older. Inform the spa team of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special needs at booking or arrival. Disrobe to your level of comfort; therapists are professionally trained in proper draping to ensure privacy at all times. Body wraps are provided for facial services. Shaving is not recommended prior to body exfoliation or hair removal services; men are encouraged to shave at least two hours before facial treatments. Mobile devices should be silenced upon entering the spa. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the spa; the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

After your appointment: A mandatory service charge is applied to all services. Gratuities are optional, may be adjusted at your discretion, and are retained in full by the service provider. We accept all major credit cards or charges may be posted to your hotel room.
