The Stronghold Climbing Gym offers roped climbing, bouldering, yoga, full fitness, a cardio area, saunas, kids programs, and a vibrant climbing community. Climbing programs cater to both beginners and hardcore enthusiasts with hundreds of possible routes on walls that reach up to 45 feet. For example, the intro to climbing class teaches beginners to climb safely with a top-rope, and the lead climbing class teaches more advanced climbers how to climb and belay on the "sharp end" of the rope. Fitness-focused classes and yoga keep physiques limber, strong, and lean, while other fun activities such as the popular lights-out night bring the Stronghold community together.
